February 8 - 9, 2025 ~ 72nd NYVI - Day of the Soldier

RACW event to be held at the Pike Farm in Los Molinos, CA.

 

March 1, 2025 ~ Author Rick Barram of the 72nd NYVI gives a Civil War history lesson in Red Bluff, CA

Author Rick Barram to give a talk with excerps from his recent book Dear Uncles with musical accompaniment by Banjos and Bullets

 

April 19, 2025 ~ Red Bluff Roundup Parade

A week before the Cone Grove event, this is a huge publicity generator for Civil War Days Red Bluff!

 

April 25 - 27, 2025 ~ Hosted by the 72nd NYVI Civil War Days Cone Grove, Red Bluff, CA

Civil War Days at Red Bluff's Cone Grove Park is a multi-day American Civil War reenactment and living history event featuring military and civilian encampments, live demonstrations, and North vs. South battles, along with a Friday school day for local students. The event offers participants a chance to experience 19th-century life through immersive historical stations and to witness realistic battle recreations in a park described as an unspoiled gem that evokes the feel of the Northern Virginia countryside

 

May 18 – 20, 2025 ~ An RACW Event - Yreka, CA

event POSTPONED until 2026.

 

June 21-22, 2025 ~ Hosted by the Cascade Civil War Society - Stewart State Park, Medford, OR

This event takes place at idyllic Lost Creek Lane in the Day Use area, with full encampments and several battles at 11AM and 3PM on Saturday, and at 12PM on Sunday. This will truly be an event that is fun for the whole family! The event will also feature a raffle of various items to be announced at the end of each battle, and while there is no fee for entry, the club does accept donations to help continue supporting our efforts in the local area. The event opens at 9AM and closes at 5PM on Saturday, and on Sunday is open from 9AM to 1PM.

 

July 4-6, 2025 ~ Hosted by the RACW- Graeagle Event. Graeagle, CA

Wonderful site outside of Quincy up Hwy 70, high in the mountains. Very festive holiday crowd yearly comes to the little town of Graeagle. On Saturday we will be having two battles and Saturday night will be an excellent fireworks show. A parade will be the only activity on Sunday.

 

September 18-21, 2025 ~ Fort Crook Historical Days in Fort Crook, CA.

This event coincides with Ft. Crook Museum’s annual Pioneer Day which essentially is the museum’s annual open house. It is always the third Sat. in Sept. There will be school day on Friday and two skirmishes on Saturday.

 

 

October 17-19, 2025 ~ Redding Civil War Days in Redding, CA.

The Reenactors of the American Civil War will be making a long-awaited return to Enterprise Park in Redding, Ca. (4000 Victor Ave.). This early Fall campaign will run from October 17 thru to the 19th. There will be a school day on Friday the 17th.
